Guido and Elizabeth Binda deeply loved the arts and believed that access to rich and vibrant arts and cultural opportunities enhance the quality of life for residents and are essential for a community to thrive.  

The Foundation supports diverse arts and culture programming and projects. In addition to community arts and culture events, the Foundation also supports youth projects that incorporate the arts.
